Anything Else You’d Like To Share With Haven Nation: I love that everything you learn from swimming (dedication,
hard work, time management) are functional skills you use in the real world. I
love that when I complete a hard workout, either a long run or boot camp, I
have vivid memories of certain LHU practices. I love stalking meet results and
seeing how everyone does. Once a Haven Swimmer, always a Haven Swimmer!!
