The PSAC conference office has just announced their annual post season awards. Every year a male and female are named as Swimmer of the Year and Rookie of the Year. These awards are voted upon by the conference coaches.
Amanda Terray was named the 2008 PSAC Rookie of the Year after a great season and post season. In continuing with the season of firsts, this is our first ever conference post season award.
I also want to point out that Dave Rider who is retiring from coaching after “many” years of at the helm of the Bloomsburg women was named the Women’s Coach of the Year. Congratulations to Coach Rider.
