For PSAC's last year, and again this year, we have started to do the same warm up each day. This will allow the women to get used to what they need to do to get ready to race next weekend.
We always start swimming with everyone in the same lane ... this allows the team to get used to swimming with more than 2 or 3 bodies in the lane.
The Warm Up is:
800 oyo
6 x 50 @ :55 (slk/dr/sw)
3 x 100 @ 1:40 descend
3 x 75 @ 1:10
2 x 25's from dive (1 AO / 1 choice)
3 finishes from flags
