Britt Rehrig pulled the successful back to back swims,
making it to the final heat in the 100 Fly and the 100 Breast, going 58.60 in
the Fly, and 1:04.64 in the Breast. She’ll have a bit more rest between the
evening swims and she’s looking to have 2 big ones! Should be fun to watch!
Shannon Milstead had her best 200 free, going 1:59.24 and
paving her way to the All Time Top 5 list. Not a bad way to make her 2013 PSAC
Debut,
Laura Stephens went a 1:07.75 in the 100 breast and Kaitlyn
Druby went a 1:10.78 (Lifetime best!)
Kayla Schnars had a 1:00.70 in her 100 back, which is her 2nd
fastest ever, not a bad swim at all, but unfortunately finished 17th
just out of a 2nd swim tonight. She’s looked strong all meet and
will hopefully have a great race tomorrow!
A LOT of swimmers went with their folks this afternoon for
lunch, so the ones that were left decided they wanted to eat lunch at Wegmans
(again), not a problem, as they have something there for EVERYONE (note:
Everyone is happy).
We’re back to it for finals this evening! 6pm on the live
stream!
100 Fly-Britt- Heat 2, Lane 8
100 Breast- Heat 2, Lane 5
800 Free Relay- Heat 1, Lane 6- Milstead will be leading this race off after her great swim today!
Lets finish out tonight strong! GO HAVEN!
