Our Haven Invite was a prelims/finals meet that took charge as our “last chance” meet to qualify for PSACs. Our conference operates as a “one cut and you’re in” meet where after you achieve a PSAC cut you can also swim any other event you’d like provided that you have a time for it this competitive season, so this meet also served as a chance for our PSAC qualifiers to swim some off events in the chance that they may want to swim it at the conference meet.
This meet, just like the Vulcan Dual
Meet Challenge from last weekend is fun because no matter where our women are
in their season, there is something to step up and swim for.

It continues to impress me with how our
meets are bringing fans in the seats, whether it is parents, siblings,
grandparents, fellow students, community members, or anyone that happens to

After our meet, we had a team
tailgate in the Zimmerli where I would like to say thank you again to all of
our team parents that helped make this happen. It was a great way to send out
our seniors and cap off our regular season and its something that not every
team does. I appreciate the work and dedication that went into organizing the event,
and thank you all again.
Special congrats goes to senior
Shannon Milstead and her now fiancé Brandon on the “big question”. We’re
excited to see where life takes you both together and I speak for everyone
there to say that we were all excited to be a part of your special moment.
PSACs are only 9 days away…One final
push…LETS GO HAVEN!
