I wasn't quite sure what to expect tonight going into the meet but as usual my expectations where exceeded.
We did short events (100's of each stroke and 200 relays) which always leads to a quick meet (time wise) ... we were in and out in 90 minutes including a 2 breaks equaling 25 minutes. Most of the women (as in pretty much all of them) had 3 events, so the short rest doesn't usually lend itself to decent performances...but tonight we had some really great ones.
The results are up there for your review ... the team has a much deserved day off tomorrow and morning off friday...hard work continues Friday.
