We had a very solid swim this morning. A great prelim swim. There were a LOT of DQ's based on the reaction pads...they called us for a false start by -.04 ... everyone with both biasis and a nonbiasis opinions that I spoke too said no way. I am also in the no way category, but the way the timing system works anything from -.01 to -.09 cannot be overturned by human, the computer is always right.
We are going to take the session off tonight, and rest up for a big day tomorrow ... 200 free relay & 400 medley relays, along with Britt and Jenna in the 100 fly. As Josh Davis said at the banquet, if something bad happens put it behind you and move forward ... I told them that we will rest up and make statement tomorrow in the 400 Medley.
Go Haven.

The spirit, the will to win, and the will to excel are the things that endure. These qualities are so much more important than the events that occur.
"Part of being a champ is acting like a champ. You have to learn how to win and not run away when you lose. Everyone has bad stretches and real successes. Either way, you have to be careful not to lose your confidence or get too confident."
Snowflakes are one of nature’s most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
Defeat should never be a source of disappointment, but rather a fresh stimulus.
I am so proud of the LHU team. We have many more days and events to go. Just a few notes of encouragement.
GO HAVEN
