We're Here!

We got into town ahead of schedule and everyone got checked into their hotel rooms. The hotel is....close to the pool, so it'll do!

We had a nice warm up swim and the women looked great. This is one of my favorite meets of the season because its fun to come here and swim FAST! 

Dinner was Ponderosa. The women had a good, quiet meal. The team was sad to remember the taper rule of no dessert, and they heckled Jimmy into giving his up with them. The picture is of Jimmy's sad face, which should be noted he's still smiling, because "it's a beautiful day and its great to be alive."

Then we were on our way back to the hotel. Fun fact-apparently last year's bus driver smacked the stop sign in front of Ponderosa, and the evidence is still there.

We had our normal meeting to go over things for tomorrow and the women were off to bed. Big meet begins tomorrow, and you can tell they're excited to go fast! I'll be updating tomorrow as we go along! GO HAVEN!
