What a spectacular morning of swimming! Out of 29 swims this morning all but 3 were season best times ... with a good number of them being lifetime best swims. PRETTY AWESOME.
Swims of note include Britt Rehrig's 200IM (ncaa "b" cut) - 2:11.22, which is also good enough for 2nd on our all time top 5 list. Sarah Navarro's PSAC qualifying time in the 200 IM - 2:16.41. Sam Durham's PSAC cut time of 24.89, also a lifetime best swim.
We had the worlds longest trip to Subway followed by some quality rest and relaxation. Headed into finals adding in the 200 free relay and 400 medley relay.
