The cool
thing about the blog is that it is a working history of this team. This isn’t the
first time that we’ve had bad weather on a training trip. Our seniors will
remember their first trip to Cocoa Beach…
But just
like then, we’ve remained positive…
Despite the
weather, we’re working hard and doing what we came to California for. The women
are a small (but mighty) group that is going through the hardest phase of the
season in a place they thought would be warm, but isn’t. Its hard to fight
adversity, but that’s what athletes do, and they’re better off because of it.
We’ve been
breaking off into groups in the morning, this was this morning’s distance
practice.
