This time around it is the United States Lifesaving Association's (USLA) version to be held next week in Cape May, NJ. Rehrig is working and competing in her home state of Delaware for the Rehoboth Beach Patrol.
She and her teammate placed first in the Paddle Board Pick Up and with another set of teammates placed second in the swim rescue.

Britt has also placed quite highly in a few other competitions this summer ... at the Guard Olympics she was a part of the run/swim/run winning quartet. Each person runs 50 yards, swims 100 yards, and runs 50 more yards. And in July she placed 4th among all females, after being the first female out of the water, in a biathalon.
This is Britt's second summer working with the beach patrol ... but first summer really getting to compete as she had a broken foot last year.
